Puneet, a seasoned Chartered Accountant, founded Grewal Conceptual Learning with focus on Class XII Commerce students. He is a Co-author of popular textbooks on Accountancy for Class XII for CBSE, ISC and WBCHE. He was earlier an Associate Director at Deloitte, a Multinational Company wherein he specialised in investigation of white-collar crimes. He was a member of drafting team for ‘Forensic Accounting and Investigation Standards’ (FAIS) issued by ICAI in the year 2021.
Professional: He worked with Deloitte for a period of 8 years with specific focus on Forensic Accounting and Investigations. He has experience in investigation of and into areas such as falsification of books of account, corporate governance issues, bribery and corruption, revenue misstatements, embezzlement, asset misappropriation, commercial and business partner frauds, and asset tracing, among others. Prior to joining Deloitte, he was associated with an Indian firm and gained experience in Auditing.
Academic: He assists in revision of renowned textbooks on Accountancy titled under ‘T.S. Grewal’.
Reema, a seasoned Chartered Accountant, founded Grewal Conceptual Learning with focus on Class XII Commerce students. She was earlier a Manager at Deloitte, a Multinational Company wherein she specialised in Income Tax Advisory and Litigation. She has a passion for teaching and had always ensured her students gained conceptual clarity on the subject she taught.
